What impacts the min. width of a window?

Anyone know what affects the minimum width of a pop-out note? If I start a new, blank note, I can shrink it enough to get side-by-side notes. But when I've opened an existing note (with a long title and lots of content), it won't let me shrink it to the same "narrowness". Any ideas?

Never mind, found it! It's the length of the name of the notebook. That seems silly to have that affect such a thing, but who knows...
