pelyem 0 Posted January 5, 2020 Share Posted January 5, 2020 hi About developing a 3rd party integration, according to this page http://dev.evernote.com/doc/articles/permissions.php in case you just want to support 'read notes' permission you must bundle it with an 'update notes' permission as well. this is very bad since it prevents users for allowing the integration ! some users wants only to allow read but not update notes ! 1. is this can be prevented? 2. if not - is there a planned milestone\release that would change this behavior? thanks M Link to comment

The question I have posted is actually meant for Evernote technical support and not for the community since this permission issue is by design.
