I've had this account for a while, today I accessed the app on an iPhone 8 and it asked for my pasword. I wrote it down, and it didn't recognize it, so the app asked me to recover the password. I did the process and all of my information was lost. I've searched for it in the trash basket and it doesn't appear. It seems as if I was creating a new account, because all of my information is gone. How can I recover it?
