Installation of Evernote has changed my oftenly used (for "@" typing) keyboard shortcut AltGr+V. Do you have any idea if it is possible to change keyboard shortcut in Evernote or in Windows 10? Thank you...

You might look at a 3rd-party solution like AutoHotKey or PhraseExpress.

It may be the case that use of Ctrl+Alt in Evernote shortcuts is interfering with your usage (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AltGr_key#Control_+_Alt_as_a_substitute). In particular, I see Ctrl+Alt+V as the Evernote shortcut for Paste Clipboard. You might try disabling that: Tools / Options / Shortcut Keys
