Web Clipper: Saveing Web pages with pictures

If you save a web page with images using web clipper, than in many cases, the pictures will not be saved in evernote. Only links to the pictures will be saved. 

Is there a way to change this? 

If you show these notes in the new evernote web editor, the images will be displayed. But in the Apps (Windows, Mac, iOS...), you see only placeholders.

Hi, and welcome to the forums. This is a bit surprising, since I have never seen this happen, at least not in the Windows and Android editors. I just tested it with a complicated Web page with lots of images, and they came through in the Windows program.

You say the problem occurs "in many cases." Can you associate it with specific Web pages or specific types of Web pages, for instance?
