Deactivated and still taking my money

Anyone else finding the whole experience of Evernote clunky and useless - I deactivated and then discovered they have taken a year's subscriptions again on 2nd Dec. I couldn't find ANY logical way of applying for a refund which is due as it is fraud to take unauthorised monies. You are just constantly put in a loop of predetermined questions which don't answer issue and the livechat has very limited access.

They also don't respond to tickets raised through GetHuman it seems.

How did you "deactivate"        
Is it possible you have a different account with pre-authorized renewal?

The account you're using was created on Saturday

I find the process of using Evernote on my Mac to be straightforward and simple    
It's quite useful in the storage and organization of my 13,000+ notes and documents 

Was there anything specific that you had trouble with?
