Feature that would be nice

The ability to move notes inside of a notebook   up or down based on my priority with handling them would be nice...not sure why that feature is not there yet...

Priorities can be assigned with tags ("P1"),  or reminders (next Tuesday) - what extra feature were you missing?

Are you referring to the sequence in a note list, and pinning notes?   
This feature is in the Reminder and Shortcut views

In other views, note lists have defined sequence options; Title, Date, ..      
List view provides additional options

There's a feature request posted here

This has been requested at least once before for the Windows program (if that's what you're using). So far the suggestion has 0 support votes and a wildly off-topic thread drift. But if you want to support it you could go there and click the upward arrow at the top. There may be other similar suggestions in that Windows Feedback forum.

Thanks Dave-yeh that thread is wildly off topic lol...  It would seem like this would be a desirable function for evernote-not sure why more haven't expressed interest....

Smartsheet has that capability but evernote excels in some other areas....
