alxmont 0
Hi all, I am trying to trouble shoot this but its not going well. I have a paid version of everonte for some time now and I love it. But recently I have been not able to sync my notes on the windows 10 desktop app. I also notice a few docs missing. Anyone know what I might be able to try? I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app still no luck, Thanks Alex Link to comment
Don Dz 165
Hold the Ctrl key while clicking on Sync, you should be able to see the problem notes. Sorting the note list by sync may also help with seeing the problem. After that you can try any number of things on the notes that are not syncing. Link to comment

hnestor 0
Hello, I am still having issues unfortunately. My mobile app and online webpage aren't syncing to the downloaded desktop programme. Is there anything else I can try? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,335 Posted November 20, 2019 Level 5* Share Posted November 20, 2019 Hi again - if your mobile app is happily syncing to and from the web, there's nothing obvious wrong with either end of that transaction - the problem would then appear to be with your desktop installation. Is that your home or work network connection? If there's a software glitch, the quick way to resolve it may just be to uninstall Evernote, restart the desktop and re-download / reinstall. (Make sure you copy the databases folder from your hard drive to your desktop as a backup.) Link to comment
