(Archived) Can't Export Note's Image (Lexmark 'Scan to Evernote')

Hello,

I'm on an iMac 24 and cannot export/save an image based note I generated from a Lexmark Pro805 Printer (scanned hand written letter) using its in-built 'Scan to Evernote' application.

Whereas with e.g. a PDF I can right-click and select 'save as'. If I attempt to drag n drop I get a JPG icon but it does not drop. I cannot cut and paste into e.g. Photoshop CS5. It plain DOES NOT WORK!!!!

Export to HTML results in no image at all - a blank HTML document...

This is 2010 isn't it? We are on a Mac platform? Right now this image is in Evernote and in there for good...

This needs fixing.

The Note's associated PNG file will not preview on the iMac (just shows blue placeholder icon).

This presumably means there is something wrong with the file sent from the LexMark 'Scan to Evernote' app?

Please don't post the same thing in two different threads.

It sounds like there's a problem with the content or formatting of the notes from that source. Please Export one of these notes to an Evernote archive (*.enex) file. Then open a support inquiry at the bottom of:

http://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/

When you receive the automatic reply email, you can reply to that and attach your export file onto your email so that we can inspect that file.
