Consultants?

I'm currently an affiliate member of Evernote for the premium plans and a reseller of Evernote Business. I've filled out the form multiple times to get information and become a Certified consultant for evernote.  To this day however, I've heard nothing back from them.  Is there a way to find out if my application has been accepted or not?
