Edit privilege of shared notebook

I'm a little bit concerned about how much can be done by someone with whom I have shared a Notebook.  With the "Edit" privilege can they:

1. Delete a Note in the Notebook?

2. Delete the Notebook?

I basically trust the people with whom I've shared my Notebook, but accidents can happen.

The answers are "Yes" and "No", as far as I can tell. If you try to delete a notebook that's shared to you, then you'll get a prompt that asks if you want to remove the notebook from your account, i..e., unshare it.
