Just tried to search my notes for something and it said that my account was deactivated. It's certainly something that *I* did not do. I tried reactivating and all my notes are gone. Two years of work. Attempted to contact customer support but there's no mechanism....no email, no phone (btw..wtf? no email or phone number? seriously?) Supposedly there's a chat? Couldn't find it. Super frustrated and need help.

This sounds like the kind of thing that happens when someone accidentally creates a new account when trying to access their existing one. It is surprisingly easy to do if you start with, say, a different email address. Double and triple check your login credentials and see if that does any good.
