Stacks of Notebooks and Tags

I would like to be able to expand and collapse all stacks of notebooks and tags with one button or click. Is there are shortcut for this?

I would be thrilled if EN provided this feature to Auto Collapse ALL Stacks or Tags... but AFAIK they do NOT!

You have to manually move your cursor over each open Stacks drop-down to close it, or alternatively, you could use the plus/minus  +  -  symbols, keyboard shortcuts, to open or close a stack, but again each stack needs to be done manually.
