I log in into Evernote for iPad and few seconds after, it logs me out. I log in again... and it logs me out again. I uninstall the app, install it again, log in, and after a couple minutes I’m again logged out. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes 5 seconds.. When I’m logged out I always get the following message:

You have been signed out of this account.

I have Evernote Plus subscription. This is happening on an iPad Air 2 but not on iPhone nor Evernote Web.

Any ideas? Also, how do I contact customer support? There’s a nice Contact Us link on the webpage, but it just leads to a FAQ and physical mailing addresses 😟

I never log out of Evernote; this would prevent offline access
