Allow Code Spans (not just Code Blocks)

If code spans are already supported, forgive me!  If not, I would hugely appreciate support being added.  Here's an example of the difference between spans vs. blocks:

No code spans as yet in any of the Evernote clients I use, but just switching to a monospaced typeface generally works fine for me.

Like adding code blocks, but you could add them in the middle of the sentence
