Deron@coldwellbanker.com 0
I use Evernote in meetings on my iPad to present. For some reason, I can longer zoom in on my notes and keep it there - which makes it difficult sometimes to read while presenting. I can pinch to zoom, but it reverts back to original size when I release. Did I accidentally make a change on my iPad? Thank you! Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 7,916 Posted September 3, 2019 Level 5 Share Posted September 3, 2019 I can confirm this on my iPad Pro 10.5 on iOS 12.4 (soon going to 12.4.1, just need to find a hotspot). It did not cross my view before because I usually do not present out of EN. Do you intend to place a support ticket ? Link to comment
franthony 0
I have the same problem and it's super annoying. If there's no solution, I will need to find another software to use when I give lectures. Link to comment
ebtihal 7
This started happening to me too., maybe about six months ago. My iPad's a couple years old (Model MGTX2LL/A whatever that means) and pinch to zoom doesn't hold. Actually,it does, like every thirteenth time I try. So it's inconsistent. Can't figure out what I'm doing differently that one time it works. Anyone found a solution yet? Link to comment
J bennett 0
I have the exact same problem. And agree it used to work perfectly to zoom and then all of a sudden it won't stay. and I am on a new basic ipad. Link to comment
J bennett 0
I just did a chat with evernote support and they basically say it is an issue that they are aware of and are addressing in development. I've attached the actual comment from them as well. Link to comment
ebtihal 7
Any progress on this? Sometimes it works, but usually it doesn't. I find if I pinch with three fingers and rotate a little I have a better chance. But, really, it's still very inconsistent. PLEASE FIX. Link to comment
