Allow third party applications permission on a Notebook or Stack level

I'd like to be able to use third party integrations with Evernote, but I have some notes in Evernote that I'm not comfortable sharing with some small app developer who may or may not have decent security or is some kind of bad actor. 

A really simple way to solve this problem would be to allow me to grant permissions only to specific notebooks that I can then ensure are free from anything that I would prefer not to share with that application.

Seems like a non-solved issue yet. I would like to have this option too. Right now the only alternative seems to be having second account with which you will share specific notes that are not so sensitive and give access to this account. The problem I face is - you cannot have two accounts on Android device unless one of them is Business account. Not even the Premium + Basic combination is possible.
