There's no way to select a series of notes by tag, but a single note could be read out by a third party app - see https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-read-text-out-loud-android/ or another of the 1.5M similar Google hits on this subject. It would be possible to select a number of notes and copy them to a separate notebook; merge the notes into one; and then read the series continuously... Link to comment
