billharper 0
on my Mac I upgraded from 7.10 to 7.12 and my notes did not transfer over, also my email was an old email that no longer works, so that might be the root of the problem. is there a way to reset my email address to a new one for the older account? or is there a way to get to my old data locally and recover it? I can see where the data, and I see older data there also, like pre-migration data. Any advice? Thanks Link to comment

The problem is that you created a new account instead of using the old account >>is there a way to reset my email address to a new one for the older account? Login to your old account and change the email in the account settings Of course the new one is in use (you used it for the new account) You'll have to change that first Link to comment
billharper 0
Problem is I can not login into my old account, can't reset the password because the email address no longer exists. Is there someone that can help get my old account back? Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,091 Posted August 20, 2019 Level 5 Share Posted August 20, 2019 As long as you can log into your account, you can change the email-address in the profile settings of the web client. Link to comment
