dragging a tag to a note is a cool feature, because it does not update the note's date.

but how to remove a tag from a note without updating the note?

There's no way to update a note without changing the "update" time on the note. You can manually change the "update" time back afterwards if you want, however.

i made a request post a long time ago to put in a small button to just copy the creation-date to the update-date.

this would be so simple to change that date quick and painless.

changing a date by hand in the mac is very painful.

the request post, however, must be overseen by everybody ;-)
