I was charged for both an Evernote Plus and Evernote Premium account through the iTunes Store. I was issued a refund for the Plus account, but my Evernote settings tell me I'm still on the Plus account. Basically, I'm paying for Premium but only have Plus. Every time I try to send a support email to Evernote, it signs me out automatically. I'm stuck in this loop! Does anyone have any suggestions?
