No specific way that I can think of - tag:<mytag> to get all notes with that tag, and then List view and sort by tag column. Select the notes with no other tags and apply a <temp> tag (if necessary) while you work... 1 Link to post

"no other tags" is not a filter option with Evernote's search feature This is do-able using applescipt on a Mac; the note's tag count can be identified 1 Link to post

If it is a one off, you can rename the tag to !!tagname and then go to all notes and sort by tag ascending. Those notes should then be first in the queue. 2 Link to post
