Evernote for Gmail - feature parity with WebClipper possible?

Dear Evernote Team,

 

i love the Gmail Add On but I would love eto see it on the same level - feature wise - as the web clipper. Taht would include the ability to set reminders or merge notes in den addon itself (an ability the web clipper should also gain ;)). 

 

Are the any plans for further development of the gmail add on?

Hi.  We're -mainly- the Evernote (Users) team in the Forums,  and the company don't (usually) comment on when or how they'll develop new features prior to release:  but there's a lot going on right now,  so I think it's safe to assume that there will be more development around this area in the coming months...

I know that the forums is primarily for users but since evernote staff participates in discussions from time to time I hope they see this posst. Plus I wanted to see if anyonelse would react to it.
