Pui LCF 1 Posted July 18, 2019 Share Posted July 18, 2019 I could not sign in Evernote App on my Samsung Note9 again after I had signed out. As earlier, I had tried to fix out the problem of notes created not being synchronised as normally, anyway once the App signed out, I could not then re sign in again. The system informed me only that it is because of the bad internet connection, but I am still able to serve the internet normally. Could anyone please let me know how to fix it out. Link to comment

Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling? You're a subscriber so you should be able to raise this with Evernote Support (we're -mainly- just users here..) Thank you for your suggestion. Eventually I tried uninstalling the App, it worked again, I can sign in again. Evernote support staff eagerly help me to find the way to get it fixed, but uninstalling the App seemed to be the best way for me, even I had to accept some notes which was not synced up yet lost.
