This shortcut so fast and so easy that a few backspaces (to remove the time) is still a shortcut. Link to comment

You can roll your own shortcuts with something like PhraseExpress or Auto Hot Key. Shift+Alt+D will add 2019.06.07 wherever for me. FWIW. Link to comment
