"No notes found" displayed

Recommended Posts

I have Evernote on a few devices. All work fine, including my iPhone, iPad and work Mac. Unfortunately, when I open the app on my home Mac, it displays "No notes found", although all my notebooks are there.

It might help if you post a screenshot.

I don't spend much time troubleshooting my devices

First step would be to trigger a full sync

- Hold the **Shift** and **Option** keys on your keyboard and click the sync wheel

Next step would be remove Evernote, and do a new installation.

- The app AppCleaner is recommended for this.

No I don't have a search active. I've tried the full sync twice, so I may have to reinstall the app.

First suggestion is to log out of the app and log back in, being sure the credentials are accurate.  Unfortunately it is easy to create a second account, similar to the first, and this is sometimes the issue.
