Crash on launch, restart and crash loop

Hi

I've been using Evernote on the mac and iPad for some time with no problems. In the last couple of weeks I've been unable to access the mac version because of this crash loop. I launch the app, I can see it launch with my notes in the background, then the error report for comes up, the app closes down. I can access my notes on the iPad and on the web.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the web download version and the App Store version.

I now want to migrate to OneNote which I can't without the .enex files which I can't find on the mac.

Can anyone help please?

To uninstall, make sure you remove all the files; app, database, ...

The app AppCleaner is recommended for this.

.enex files are created using Evernote's export feature.

Resolve your installation problems and you can create the file.

Hello again.

Everything was working fine and then I restarted my machine and now I'm unable to get into Evernote as it asks me to restart the app - which I do and then it asks me to restart the app again...

Accessing from the web/ipad is all fine - just the mac that's the issue.
