Rotate image by degree clockwise or counterclockwise

I really like the annotation features in Skitch but I find myself using other image editors to rotate images so they are square or in the correct orientation especially when taken with cameras shots. 

Would be great to be able to rotate a few degrees clockwise or counterclockwise  under the image tab in Skitch on the fly
