Outlook integration only works with Office 365 mailbox (but only on my freshly installed laptop)



I have Office 365 locally installed on my new laptop. I followed the instructions to add the plugin and it works with my work mailbox (an O365 mailbox). However, on my IMAP mailbox, I simply don't see the plugin installed anywhere, not in the ribbon and not in the com add-ins under options. On my desktop, where I run a similar setup, everything works just fine. I can only guess this has to do with the fact that there, I installed the old plugin years ago.

I have tried writing a support ticket, but the support site keeps redirecting me to a (poorly translated) Dutch version, where the "send" button is disabled.

Anyone had a similar issue?

Hi Steve - did you ever solve this issue?  I have similar - plugin works fine on previously installed version of Office 365, but not available on newly acquired laptop which came with office 365 pre-installed. When I compare the Office versions they are literally identical.
