allow section of a note to different size font from rest

No matter whether I type a note or copy and paste into a new note, I cannot change the size of a line of font without EVERYTHING changing- I like to make phone numbers larger than surrounding type- can't do this (I have not tried typing into another program, then pasting- that would be a major pain to do that). Can you please fix it so I can highlight a section in ANY note and make that selection larger or smaller?? this is what happens when I copy/paste, and I can't change it-
