Rather than password protection, I would prefer it you could select specific Notes or Notebooks to secure with two-factor authentication. The vast majority of my notes don't need this level of protection - I would like to be able to access them quickly and easily. There are some notes that I would like to be more secure (and not local only), but I don't want to have to keep track of passwords for them. Being able to set up two-factor authentication for only the few Notes and/or Notebooks that need to be extra secure seems like a decent solution.
