Ghost device coming from nowhere?

Hi, im from colombia so excuses if my english is not as good as i would want. I have an issue regarding the maximum number of devices allowed in the basic version; the thing is that today i opened my windows app and magically a new device called Iphone appeared. Right now i am using my phone and my computer as the two devices allowed, and this ghost iphone is messing with my limit of two devices and i cannot erase it doesnt matter many times i push the button to delete it, its so weird i wanna know if maybe someone is using my account o is just a bug to resolve? thanks in advance have a nice day

What is Evernote's response to this? I am getting this every time I login to the Evernote app on my Pixel device. I unsync the phantom device, but only have one opportunity to unsync a device left. This feels like forced subscription through buggy technology.
