Evernote PDF Viewer Changeable?

Is the PDF viewer in EN on my Windows 7 and 10 changeable? 

 

I want to change it with some other viewer which gives option of moving to next/previous page by clicking on icon instead of rolling up/down the mouse key or opening in another app, which I find it pretty annoying.

If I right click on a PDF, I see a context menu  option "Open with". Click that, and select "Choose program...". You should be able to choose the program that you want there.

Hello, 

When I right-click on a pdf, I don't see the "open with" option. As a result, I cannot change the default pdf viewer.  What am I missing?
