Send a weekly summary/digest of an Evernote to gmail/email

I thought IFTTT would do this, but cannot manage thus far.

Basically, i'd love every monday at 9am for an email to arrive in my gmail (or better, *any validated email address*) with my chosen note text contents. Simple really.

I have a  single main checklist/reminder list I often populate on the go, but rarely manage to digest/process at a later date.

Not clear why the discussion title refers to "weekly summary/digest".

Does it have to be note text contents?  
How about a simple note link? IFTTT can handle this.
This could be a public link - viewable in any web browser.

For including note contents, we need some heavy duty integration/scripting.
Which devices/platforms do you use?  I could do this on my Mac.
