Add another audio

As you can see I did it before but for the life of me can't remember how I did it.

Hi.  Tap the pen to edit,  then if you don't see a suitable icon on the top menu bar to record or attach more audio,  tap the paperclip and choose from the dropdown...  "Attach" assumes that there's an existing file,  "Create" means record a new one.
