Notes saved in wrong notebook

When I share something to Evernote on my Pixel 3 XL, the item is shared to the same wrong notebook.

In other words, I have aaa set as my default notebook, but items shared, such as a YouTube video or newspaper article, are shared with bbb notebook. This is only happening on one of my three Android devices. It only happens when I share something to Evernote. When I create a new note in the app, it's saved to my default notebook.

Can anyone offer suggestions about how to fix this?

Hi.  In Evernote for Android's Settings menu under Notebooks,  there's an option to set the default - what's your device showing?  Also every time you clip - tap the green circle: there's an option to choose a different destination notebook.

Thanks! That did the trick. Somehow I must have set the default notebook for shared notes on my Android phone to something other than my regular Evernote default notebook. All is well now.
