Keep getting "We were unable to add your device" emails

Idea

Every so often I get an email with the subject "We were unable to add your device", saying "You are able to sync your notes to a maximum of 2 devices using Evernote Basic".  Problem is, I'm only using two devices (Android phone and Windows PC).  When I go to revoke a device it keeps saying there's an iPhone accessing my notes... and I don't own one.  So is my account getting repeatedly hacked or is this a bug?  Anyone else getting this issue?

Every day, hackers are trying to access Evernote accounts.  Most of these fail, they don't have the correct account id/password.

In your case, the hackers know your account id/password.

You need to change your Evernote password.  Use it only for Evernote; no where else
