Windows app wont load my profile

Hey guys,

Have anyone experienced this?

1. I cannot login to my account in the Windows app.
2. It is not application related, as I can login with freshly created account.
3. I fear that it might be caused by corrupted data on my account, as it looks like all my notes have lost their tags :(
4. I am REALLY interested in getting up and running and clean up the tag mess with Notes scattered all over
5. Any experiences and suggest solutions, so I can login to the Windows app with my most content rich account

Fixed

1. Clicked options before login
2. Found the path for the databasefiles
3. Removed a backup of these to a separate folder, so only .accounts and .sessiondata was left in the folder
4. I then logged on, and let Evernote do a fresh sync from the servers
5. Apparantly my structures, tags and tag mappings was still alive and kicking. YAY!

 

For anyone in Evernote overseeing this, my best guess for the root cause is if you are in the middle of a sync and you loose internet access (I was about to land during a flight and inflight WIFI was shut down), the database might get corrupted.
