Chrome clipper gives error

Trying to clip a link using Chrome on windows and I get the following:

Clipper has encountered an error

Unknown error occurred.

UNK/UNK

Could not fetch 

Any help would be appreciated.

I had same problems with the web clipper.

This problems happened when you use clipper at secret mode.  few weeks ago it was work but, now on it didn't work.. :( 

i think some fetches make troubles on the clipper...

Having the same issue. Happens in both normal and incognito modes. Getting the same error message as OP,  followed by a lengthy log entry. Please help !
