Folder sharing wont work?

I can get a public link to share for specific notes, but the only option that pops up to share and entire notebook is to email someone...which I did. But the email never goes through and it always just says 'pending'. The email is triple checked as correct.

So I dunno if there is a link to my folder like I want if/when this email ever comes through or if there just isn't an option to share whole notebooks like there is the individual notes?
