Capacity doesn’t reset

Foe two months my Penultimate capacity has read something like, you’ve used 10GB of 10GB available, it will reset on X date. It has never reset, I’ve gone back to paper notebooks. I can delete a few notebooks and make some capacity, but I’m paying for premium and this isn’t right. Does nobody know what I can do to get the capacity to reset and free up space?
