Except when I tried to upgrade it said offer expired. I've also tried to reach support and as a basic user and it is super frustrating. I tried your FB page and couldn't send a message so I could only leave a visitor post. I couldn't reply to email sent to me because it doesn't take replies. Any suggestions?
