Frequently I have to choose to disconnect one of devices although I use only two - my iPhone and PC. Everytime it is two iPhones included in the list - one named iPhone (iPhone) and other iPhone (Maksi). Is there any solution to this or is this a bug? Link to comment

Not sure it will help, but Try logging out of IOS on your iPhone Go to web EN and check Settings - Devices to see what devices appear Revoke access to anything other than your PC Sign back in on your iPhone.
