(Archived) can't connect to server

i downloaded the beta, but when i attempt to sign in all it says is

"can't connect to server"

id really appreciate help on this, though the problem is probably with my stupid computer

1) Do you have proxy that requires authorization between your computer and the Internet? If yes, this is a known bug that was apparently fixed and will be available in the next update.

2) Check that you can access https://preview.evernote.com/ from the Internet Explorer.
