Synchronising

I have been having some trouble on synchronizing, basically I upload my documents to Evernote through laptop, ipad, android phone and sometimes my work computer. But lately anything I uploaded on the ipad or the mobile phone would not show on laptop an computers. I would like some answers to that if anyone knows, as it's causing a lot of problems and I had to look to other resources to help me keep up with my notes.
