no saving, no sync process available

What should I do to save existing notes then close the application?

Please try rebooting your Mac. If that doesn't help the problem, then please open a support inquiry at the bottom of:

Thanks but... how to save the various notes taken since one week on my Mac?

Notes taken on other devices were saved.

If you see the notes on the web, then they were successfully synchronized. Otherwise, you'll need to select the notes and use File>Export to make sure you have a backup copy.
