Using the secondary camera on my phone to take picture notes

Hello,

I have an Asus ZenFone 4 and I've been taking pictures with my camera to record receipts as I get them. However, my main camera seems to be very blurry and short sighted (Like it's always in macro mode) and I can't seem to fix it. My wide camera (Or secondary camera) takes photos fine, however the Evernote app won't use that camera.

I can take a photo in the generic photo app and then put it into evernote- but it won't convert it to a document form (Or at least the button to make that happen eludes me)

Is there any way to make Evernote use my secondary camera, or convert a picture to a document form?
