Outlook Plugin - Clipping Note stuck

Hi all,

I'm using Evernote Basic v 6.17.2.8206 (308206) and Outlook 2016 (16.0.4738) on Windows 10 18.09

For 10 days, the Evernote plugin cannot add notes to Evernote. The interface hangs on 'Clipping note...' for hours and nothing else happens.

 

Here are the steps I tried to resolve the issue :

• Uninstall Evernote / reboot / Install Evernote
• Uninstall Evernote / reboot / Repair Microsoft Office / reboot / Install Evernote
• Uninstalle Evernote / reboot / Install Evernote / Enable 'beta features and updates' in Options.

Even after this steps, the issue is still exactly the same.

Here are the logs. As you can see at the end of te file at timestamp "2018-12-17 11:26:52", the EvernoteController.evm_SaveNote event starts then nothing happens for 4 minutes, unitl I cancel the action. EvernoteOutlookLogs.txt

I'm lost on this issue and don't know where to look anymore. Where can I start digging to resolve this?
