On the old version of Evernote Web, it had the Notebook and Tags at the top with the toolbar, next to the edit tools. This was super useful.
The Beta has this split between the top (Notebooks) and bottom (Tags) which kills efficiency and creates wasted space. Please bring back the top toolbar, it made everything look really good, and have a great, efficient user experience.
