No response from Evernote Support - Payment Made but Account not upgraded

If there is any Evernote support saw this, please kindly respond ASAP to my issue ticket. It has been 24 hours there and no response from Evernote support. I have paid for the premium service but status not updated.

Hi.  We're (mainly) a user-supported forum,  plus Admin staff - no support folks here.  You have a ticket number and a place in a queue - Evernote will normally respond within 72 hours or so.  It's not a 'live' service.  You could try to chase them up on @EvernoteHelps.

Meantime,  try File > Exiting Evernote or restarting your device(s) to force a sync.
